At Embention we have been on a clear mission for more than sixteen years, to enable drones to populate our skies.
We provide our more than 600 customers in 70 countries with the development of avionics, critical components and high performance software for their professional UAS (UAVs, drones, eVTOLs...) in accordance with aeronautical certification standards.
The projects that our engineers carry out are very varied, from urban aerial mobility, through freight transport to space rocket recovery projects.
The core of our company lies in our R&D team of more than 80 engineers with multiple specialities who, together with the rest of the team, form a total of more than 100 professionals with the same objective.

🌟 What would be your mission?
Our mission is to ensure that our customers operate as efficiently as possible by solving any technical problems they may face, assisting with peripheral integration and troubleshooting problems related to avionics, electronics, firmware and CNG systems.
💡 Which will be your responsibilities?
Provide technical support to customers in different phases of development
Learn and apply new knowledge on a daily basis, working closely with colleagues from different departments
Solve engineering, aerodynamic, electronic and drone problems
Integrate peripherals and reverse engineer to find faults
Performing investigations and analysis of undetected configurations and problems
Use of dedicated tools (Matlab, serial terminal, CAN analyser) to analyse data from sensors, flights, communication protocols etc

Similar aeronautical engineer
High level of English
Ability to work in a team
Proactive attitude and research skills
Ability to analyse and solve problems, communicating solutions in an effective way
📚 What do we value?
Experience in the field of drones (UAVs, UGVs, RPAS, Radiocontrol...)
Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN Bus, Serial...)
Knowledge of XPlane and simulation environments.
Experience in Matlab- Simulink environment
Control algorithms, PIDs, etc
Familiarity with the use of GitHub for issue handling and repository management
