At Embention we have been on a clear mission for more than sixteen years, to enable drones to populate our skies.
We provide our more than 600 customers in 70 countries with the development of avionics, critical components and high performance software for their professional UAS (UAVs, drones, eVTOLs...) in accordance with aeronautical certification standards.
The projects that our engineers carry out are very varied, from urban aerial mobility, through freight transport to space rocket recovery projects.
The core of our company lies in our R&D team of more than 100 engineers with multiple specialities who, together with the rest of the team, form a total of more than 150 professionals with the same objective.

🌟 What would be your mission?
Ensure regulatory and technical compliance of UAVs and their systems, leading the certification and continuing airworthiness strategy vis-à-vis the competent authorities.
💡 Which will be your responsibilities?
Responsible for airworthiness, safety risks and regulatory compliance
Coordination of qualification and certification processes
Embention representation and active collaboration with EASA, FAA, EUROCAE, RTCA and other regulatory organizations
Responsible for the continued airworthiness of our products and processes in compliance with ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-254, DO-178C, DO-160, etc
🕵️♀️ What do we need?
Previous experience in similar positions
Engineering degree
Experience in aeronautics and avionics
Knowledge of aeronautical regulatory standards
Passionate about UAVs and drones
Proficient in English
Good communication and negotiation skills
Commitment and problem solving skills
📚 What do we value?
Knowledge of current developments on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), UAM, AAM, eVTOL, UTM, etc
Experience with ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-254, DO-178C, DO-160
