At Embention, we have been driven since 2007 by a clear mission: Enabling drones to populate our skies.
We provide more than 700 customers in 70 countries including internationally renowned companies such as Toyota, Amazon Prime Air, and Honda with Veronte autopilots, critical avionics, and software for their professional drones and eVTOLs. All our systems are developed in accordance with DO-178C, DO-254, and DO-160 standards, making us the only company in the sector certified by AESA and EASA as both a POA and APDOA.
The core of our company lies in our R&D team, made up of over 100 multidisciplinary engineers. Together with the rest of the organization, we are a team of 180 professionals united by a single goal: to innovate and push the boundaries of UAV technology.
Following a record-breaking 2025 marked by strong stock market performance, the launch of industrial production in the United Arab Emirates, and the establishment of a subsidiary in the United States, we are looking to continue expanding our team and driving continuous R&D development.

🌟 What would be your mission?
Ensuring Embention is supplied with top-tier components and materials, meeting both quality standards and production deadlines.
💡 Which will be your responsibilities?
End-to-End Purchasing Cycle: Full management of the purchasing process, from requesting quotes to closing orders, ensuring the best commercial conditions.
Strategic Negotiation: Leading negotiations on prices, delivery times, and framework agreements with critical suppliers of electronic components and aerospace materials.
Supplier Panel Management: Search, evaluation, and approval of new global suppliers (Sourcing) that meet aeronautical quality standards.
Market Analysis: Monitoring component availability and price trends to mitigate obsolescence risks or stockouts before they affect production.
- Internal Coordination: Partnering closely with R&D for material procurement, aligning purchasing cycles with manufacturing launches
🕵️♀️ What do we need?
High negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
Proficiency in English (daily communication with suppliers in Asia, Europe, and the USA).
An organized profile, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment.
📚 What do we value?
Solid experience in industrial purchasing (preferably in electronics or the technology sector).
Previous experience with Odoo ERP.
Knowledge of quality regulations (AS9100 / ISO 9100) or the aerospace environment.
Degree in International Trade or similar.
