At Embention we have been with a clear mission for more than 17 years, to enable drones to populate our skies.
We provide our more than 600 customers in 70 countries with the development of avionics, critical components and high-performance software for their professional UAS (UAVs, drones, eVTOLs...) in accordance with aeronautical certification standards.
The projects that our engineers carry out are very varied, from urban aerial mobility, through freight transport to space rocket recovery projects.
The core of our company lies in our R&D team made up of more than 80 engineers with multiple specialities who, together with the rest of the team, form a total of more than 100 professionals with the same objective.

Support to the HR department to maintain the satisfaction of our team during parental leave. Possibility of continuation.
💡 Which will be your responsibilities?
Processing through the Red system (registrations, cancellations, data variations, processing of I.T. reports, social insurances, etc.).
Payroll management and calculation (resolution of incidents, variables, settlements, regularisations, arrears, etc.).
Preparation of contracts and extensions through the payroll programme and Contrat@.
Training management
Support for the general management of the area
🕵️♀️ What do we need?
A degree in labour relations or similar
Knowledge of Spanish labour legislation, types of contracts, contribution and social security regulations.
Ability to work in a team
