At Embention, we have been driven since 2007 by a clear mission: Enabling drones to populate our skies.
We provide more than 700 customers in 70 countries including internationally renowned companies such as Toyota, Amazon Prime Air, and Honda with Veronte autopilots, critical avionics, and software for their professional drones and eVTOLs. All our systems are developed in accordance with DO-178C, DO-254, and DO-160 standards, making us the only company in the sector certified by AESA and EASA as both a POA and APDOA.
The core of our company lies in our R&D team, made up of over 100 multidisciplinary engineers. Together with the rest of the organization, we are a team of 180 professionals united by a single goal: to innovate and push the boundaries of UAV technology.
Following a record-breaking 2025 marked by strong stock market performance, the launch of industrial production in the United Arab Emirates, and the establishment of a subsidiary in the United States, we are looking to continue expanding our team and driving continuous R&D development.

🚀 What would be your mission?
Your mission will be to design, develop and validate mechanical solutions for avionics systems installed on UAVs and eVTOLs, ensuring structural robustness, seamless integration with critical electronics and industrial viability from concept design to pre-series validation.
You will work on high-performance products where mechanics, electronics and reliability must come together to guarantee safe and successful operations in demanding environments.
💡 What would be your responsibilities?
- Mechanical R&D design for avionics products with integrated electronics.
- CAD design and development of new products according to specifications.
- Analysis of materials, manufacturing processes, assembly, and industrial feasibility.
- Preparation and participation in product testing, including vibration, thermal, and mechanical tests.
- Analysis of simulation and test results to propose design improvements.
- Technical support to other departments.
- Preparation and management of product operation, assembly, and maintenance manuals.
- Assembly and verification of pre-series units on production lines.
- Problem solving and proposing solutions.
🕵️♀️ What do we need?
- Mechanical Engineering degree or similar.
- Experience in mechanical design of industrial, technological, or electronic products.
- Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD, preferably Autodesk Inventor.
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and design for assembly.
- Autonomy, technical judgment, and ability to propose solutions.
📚 What do we value?
- Knowledge and experience in mechanism design, metal and plastic parts, and assembly processes.
- Experience technically leading design from start to finish.
- Ability to follow up on manufacturing processes and related issues.
- Experience in manufacturing techniques such as machining, 3D printing, etc.
- Good level of technical English.
- Experience with version control management tools such as Git.
- Experience in the UAV sector will be valued.
- Thermal simulations with CST or similar tools.
