We provide more than 700 customers in 70 countries including internationally renowned companies such as Toyota, Amazon Prime Air, and Honda with Veronte autopilots, critical avionics, and software for their professional drones and eVTOLs. All our systems are developed in accordance with DO-178C, DO-254, and DO-160 standards, making us the only company in the sector certified by AESA and EASA as both a POA and APDOA.
The core of our company lies in our R&D team, made up of over 100 multidisciplinary engineers. Together with the rest of the organization, we are a team of 180 professionals united by a single goal: to innovate and push the boundaries of UAV technology.

💡 What would be your responsibilities?
This role is focused on the physical and electromagnetic design of RF hardware.
Advanced electromagnetic design and simulation of antennas (patch, arrays, wideband, tracking, etc.)
- Modelling, far-field, near-field and RCS analysis
- Impedance matching and S-parameter analysis
- Optimization
RF design and integration within high-frequency PCBs
Laboratory verification using VNA, spectrum analyzer and anechoic chamber
- Radiated performance and efficiency analysis
- Support for environmental and EMC testing under DO-160
- Knowledge of CST Studio Suite
- Close collaboration with the Systems team to ensure alignment between system architecture and physical behaviour
🕵️♀️ What do we need?
Proven experience in antenna design and electromagnetic simulation
Strong proficiency in CST Studio Suite or equivalent EM software
Solid knowledge of electromagnetic theory and propagation
Hands-on experience with RF laboratory measurements
Understanding of RF integration in aeronautical platforms
- Knowledge of high-frequency PCB design

Experience with antenna arrays or tracking antennas
- Familiarity with DO-160, DO-254 or certified environments
Analytical, autonomous and results-oriented mindset
- Experience in RCS analysis
Interest in the aerospace sector and safety-critical systems
Professional level of English
