At Embention, we have been driven since 2007 by a clear mission: Enabling drones to populate our skies.
We provide more than 700 customers in 70 countries including internationally renowned companies such as Toyota, Amazon Prime Air, and Honda with Veronte autopilots, critical avionics, and software for their professional drones and eVTOLs. All our systems are developed in accordance with DO-178C, DO-254, and DO-160 standards, making us the only company in the sector certified by AESA and EASA as both a POA and APDOA.
The core of our company lies in our R&D team, made up of over 100 multidisciplinary engineers. Together with the rest of the organization, we are a team of 180 professionals united by a single goal: to innovate and push the boundaries of UAV technology.
Following a record-breaking 2025 marked by strong stock market performance, the launch of industrial production in the United Arab Emirates, and the establishment of a subsidiary in the United States, we are looking to continue expanding our team and driving continuous R&D development.

🌟 What would your mission be?
To drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions within the Automation area, identifying automation opportunities, optimizing the use of data and developing intelligent systems that improve operational performance.
You will take part in the design and implementation of AI-based solutions, from building data pipelines to integrating models, agents and tools that help automate internal processes and improve decision-making.
💡 What would be your responsibilities?
- Identify and analyse business processes that could be automated through AI.
- Participate in the design and implementation of solutions based on machine learning, generative models and intelligent systems.
- Develop, maintain and optimize data pipelines to enable efficient use of data.
- Collaborate on the creation of solutions based on RAG, vector databases and architectures designed to leverage internal knowledge.
- Support the development of agents and internal tools to automate tasks and improve the efficiency of different teams.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems such as ERP, CRM, internal platforms, APIs and internal tooling.
- Participate in deployments in cloud or self-hosting environments, depending on project needs.
- Collaborate on MLOps and LLMOps practices to support the deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement of models and AI solutions.
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies such as MCP to efficiently connect models, data and tools.
- Monitor the performance of the developed solutions and support their continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the deployment of scalable solutions.
🕵️♀️ What do we need?
- Education in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science or a similar field.
- Basic knowledge or initial experience in data-driven development.
- Programming knowledge in any language, preferably Python, Golang or other equivalent languages.
- Interest in automation and the use of AI in real-world environments.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technological environments.
- Interest in working with AI models, data, agents, APIs and automation tools.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation.
- Proactive attitude, technical curiosity and eagerness to learn.
📚 What do we value?
- Previous experience, either academic or professional, in data, AI or automation projects.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning, data analysis or natural language processing.
- Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, agents or LLM-based applications.
- Initial knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, deployments in cloud or self-hosted environments.
- Familiarity with APIs, containers, system integration or internal tooling development.
- Interest in emerging technologies such as MCP and architectures focused on connecting models with tools and data sources.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
